Built a quote and package builder tool for an independent travel agency that assembles flight, hotel, and activity components into a single branded quote for prospective clients within minutes instead of the half-day it previously took to manually research and price a custom package. Agents select from a pre-loaded library of preferred suppliers and rates, and the tool automatically calculates a package price with the agency's markup applied consistently rather than varying by which agent built the quote. Clients receive a polished, branded PDF or web link they can review and approve, replacing quotes that had previously been sent as plain-text emails. This gave the small agency a noticeably more professional first impression against larger competitors.
