Online Ordering & Reservation Web Platform for a Multi-Location Casual Dining Chain

Overview

Built a unified online ordering and reservation platform for a casual dining chain operating several locations, replacing a mix of third-party ordering widgets and phone-only reservations that varied location to location. Guests can now order pickup or delivery and book a table from the same site, with the platform automatically routing orders to the correct location's kitchen display system. This gave the chain a consistent brand experience across every location instead of the inconsistent one their prior patchwork of tools created. We also built in a simple admin view so each location's manager could adjust hours, availability, and menu items without needing help from corporate. Ordering and reservations now run under one consistent brand experience across every location, and the chain has meaningfully reduced third-party platform fees by shifting volume onto its own site.
