Crew leads log supply usage through a simple mobile form after each shift, and the system automatically generates restock alerts and purchase suggestions before a site runs out of critical supplies. This addressed a recurring operational problem where crews would arrive on-site to discover they were out of a key product, delaying the job. Restock thresholds were set per supply item based on the client's own historical usage patterns rather than a generic default.
